General inquiries

To create Alola bikini , we use a select blend of Nylon, Spandex, Polyester, Polyamide, and Elastane. Please see individual suits for a breakdown of fiber content.

If there’s a sold out item you want, simply add your email to the waitlist by going to that product page, selecting the size you want, and entering your email. We’ll let you know as soon as it becomes available again!

Sun, salt, water, and chlorine take their toll on swim apparel. To ensure your  Alola Bikinis swimwear stays beautiful and vibrant, we recommend hand washing with a gentle fabric soap following each use. Afterward, roll between two towels, gently squeeze to eliminate excess water, remove, and lie on a rack to dry in the shade.

Alola swimwear is exclusively available online.

To change or cancel an order, please reach out to us right away at alolaservis@gmail.com are committed to processing orders as soon as we receive them, and once processed, we are not able to change or cancel them. For that reason, the sooner you contact us, the greater the likelihood that we’ll be able to fulfill your request.

In the case that you receive an item you did not order or a faulty item, please email us right away at alolaservis@gmail.com including your name, order number, a synopsis of the issue, and pictures to document any damage. This will help us remedy the situation immediately.

Shipping

Our express international shipping  takes 7-14 business days (not including
weekends and holidays) after processing. Please allow 1-2 days for us to
process your order before we’re able to ship it out.

Note: If an order was shipped within our normal processing window, Alola
Swimwear is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the courier or
circumstances beyond our control.

Kindly send an e-mail to alolaservis@gmail.com as soon as possible. Let us
know your complete address and we will gladly change your shipping
information as long as your item has not yet been shipped.

In case you gave overt and obvious incomplete information, AlolA will e-mail
you and hold your package until you respond. We are not responsible for any
delays brought about by this scenario.

Return

You will receive an email from us once your refund has been issued. If you are a Turkey customer please refer to tracking number in the label emailed to you. Please make note of this number and keep a record of your postage receipt in the case that your package is lost on its way back to our facility.

Upon receiving your item/s at our warehouse, it will take no longer than 14 business days to process and refund your credit card. Additionally, your bank will require 3 to 10 business days to apply the funds to your card. Please reach out to your bank directly for more information about this timeframe.

No. Sale items are final sale, no refunds, no exchanges. 

Yes. Full priced items purchased with a promo code are eligible for return within 30 days for store credit or exchange, 15 days for a refund as long as they are in unused, unworn condition with all tags and hygienic liners still intact. Please see our Returns Page for more information.

Sizing

Our size guide is pretty accurate, but specific styles may run smaller or larger than normal. 

Furthermore, the measurements in our size guide are estimates and we cannot guarantee they’ll fit perfect. If you want better sizing suggestions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at alolaswimwear@gmail.com with your measurements and/or a picture so we can give you more accurate sizing recommendations.

If you’re in between the ranges of the sizes, we generally recommend for you to size up.

Sure! As long as you comply with our requirements,we’ll gladly process your return and issue you store credit.That being said, we understand how tricky it is to shop for swimsuits online, so we’d really love for you to get it right the first time. If you need more information regarding the sizes, we’re confident the customers reviews will be able to give you guys better insight.
