Return Policy

At Alola Swimwear, our top priority is customer happiness. We strive to provide exceptional service and swimwear that will make you shine. To ensure your satisfaction, we have simplified our returns and exchange policy as follows:

  • Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, odour-free and in their original condition, with all tags and liners still attached. If you ordered swimsuit, or an item without an attached tag, please return it with the original packaging.
  • If you are returning multiple orders, do so separately to avoid processing delays of up to 8 business days from the first refund issuance.
  • We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
  • Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Bikinis and swimsuits are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • From the date you receive your order you can send to the same company to which we sent the shipment within 14 working days and make the exchange / return process. Please contact us via email: alolaservis@gmail.com or whatsapp: +90 501 006 6035 for any inquiries.
  • Exchanges and returns are borne by the customer. We do not accept the cargos you send with a counter payment. Cash refunds or exchanges of products that have been used or lost their originality for similar reasons not accepted.
  • We accept exchanges on our full price products or products purchased with a discount code or during a sale. If your return is received after the sale has ended, we always honour the sale price by issuing a full price credit, so you can exchange at no extra cost on the item(s).
  • We do not accept returns on products marked with ‘Final Sale’.
  • The cargo you sent to us will be examined, and your return will be sent to the system after the review. Your refund will be provided by (write payment system which we will use) between 3 and 7 working days.
  • We cannot process exchanges and returns for international shipments, exchange and return policies are applicable only to your orders within Turkey.
